MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is a poral that enables parents / carers to view their child’s academic performance, progress, behaviour, attainment and other announcements in real-time via a web browser / mobile app.
This is our main platform for communications across the academy.
🧠Getting Started with MCAS
- Download the App:
- For iPhone: Search “MyChildAtSchool” in the App Store.
- For Android: Find it on the Play Store.
- Login Details:
- Use the email address provided to the school as your username.
- You’ll receive a welcome email with a temporary password (which you can change later).
- If you forget your password, use the “Reset Password” option.

- Dashboard Overview:
- View your child’s profile, including attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.
- Access the school’s academic calendar and announcements.
- Multiple Children:
- Easily switch between profiles if you have more than one child enrolled.
- Timetable & Attendance:
- Check your child’s daily schedule and attendance records.
- Behaviour Reports:
- Receive updates on positive and negative behaviour incidents.
- Payments & Clubs:
- Add dinner money, view canteen purchases, and pay for trips or clubs.
- Enrol in free or paid clubs directly through the app.
- Parents’ Evening Booking:
- Schedule appointments with teachers during parents’ evenings.
- Settings:
- Tap the gear icon to update account details, change your PIN/password, and manage payment methods.
